本會每年為屬下近百個機構會員、超過5,000名學員提供運動項目訓練、比賽以及多項非體育項目活動，其中運動項目訓練每年總參加人次近50,000人。
凡服務智障人士之機構均可加入本會成為機構會員，並可依章參與本會所舉辦之各項活動，會費為每年200港元。
如欲註冊為本會機構會員，可透過本會ERES系統申請。
Every year, we provide over 5,000 ID persons from nearly a hundred agency members with sports training, competitions and non sports programmes. The annual headcount of participants in training even reaches 50,000.
Agencies serving ID persons are welcome to join us. By paying an annual membership fee of HK$200, your organization can take part in all activities offered year round.
